Art Deco town house designed in 1931 by the Merksem architect and surveyor Jules De Munter for J. Wyns; his name is inscribed on the façade ("J. DE MUNTER/BOUWM."). In a street dominated by standardised interwar workers' houses and apartment buildings, the red brick cornice façade stands out for its careful and more ornamental design. The upper floor is marked by a three-light bow window, decorated with a central relief of a stylised flower basket and a stepped frieze, between corner postaments of decorative brickwork that crown the façade. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
