Art Deco town house built in 1928 in Merksem for Jan Meyer; the architect is unknown. One of the earliest buildings on the block, it forms part of a row of interwar houses on the Bredabaan. The two-bay, three-storey cornice façade in red-brown brick on a bluestone plinth combines an entrance bay ending in a triangular gable with a semicircular bay window crowned by a balcony. The original front fence with a metal balustrade between stepped pilasters survives. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
