Art Deco house with flats and a former shop on the ground floor, built in 1930 by the architect Adolphe Staatje and grafted onto an older house with a gabled roof. The four-storey elevation under a flat roof combines a granito ground floor, flanked by stepped pilasters and pierced by a trapezoidal shop window, with upper floors in orange brick enhanced with white brick and rendered parts. In the main bay, pilasters ending in brackets carry a broadly projecting cornice above a French window with a mitre arch fronted by a spur-shaped balcony. The metal private door, the cornices and the wrought ironwork survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
