Art Deco town house designed by the architect Edmond Plétinckx in 1926. The yellow brick façade, enhanced with brown brick, rises three storeys; the first floor projects, on a trapezoidal plan in the main bay, while the second is set back between pilasters rising through the cornice. The openings have lintels of upright bricks; the small-paned joinery survives and the door has a grilled opening. The house stands on an angled plot running through to the rue des Coteaux. It is recorded in the inventory.
