The former private house of the architect Maurice Verhulst, built in 1923 in the Art Deco style. Its asymmetrical façade combines a ground floor in red brick enhanced with blue and white stone with rendered upper floors, the second originally decorated with mock half-timbering. It is marked by a bow window on a corbel crowned by a pitched roof and a flattened bulb, a triple window on the top floor and a broadly projecting coffered cornice; the original open-work door with its grille survives. The house is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
