An Art Deco house built in 1935 by the architect Adolphe Staatje. Of the raised-ground-floor (bel-étage) type, it has three storeys and two unequal bays under a mansard roof, with a façade in brick and imitation French stone. The upper floors are fronted by two oriels, semicircular in the main bay and triangular in the entrance bay, whose structure, like the engaged columns framing most of the windows, is in reinforced concrete faced with imitation stone. The house is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
