Building erected in 1928 by the architect Adolphe Staatje on an angled plot running through the block, on the site of a house from 1869; it has two identical Art Deco façades, one on Rue de l'Argonne and the other on Avenue de la Porte de Hal. Now fully rendered, they originally played on the contrast between red brick and pale render. Over five storeys, the ground floor was originally fitted out as a café; the first three upper floors are marked by two triangular oriels flanked by giant pilasters, crowned on the fourth floor by a terrace with an ironwork railing. The top floor is capped by a triangular gable decorated with geometric elements in relief. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
