A town house and a three-façade villa in the Art Deco style influenced by the Amsterdam School, designed by the architect Albert Herent in 1928; no. 79 bears the date on its façade. The orange-brick elevations, enhanced with white stone and imitation stone, play with projecting brickwork and surrounds with sawtooth friezes. No. 77 has a symmetrical façade under a large stepped gable, with pilasters crowned by geometric finials and a polygonal projecting bay; no. 79 is marked at the corner by a polygonal projecting bay and has trapezoidal windows. The doors, wrought-iron railings and most of the window frames are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
