Three-storey Art Deco house under a mansard roof, signed and dated by the architect Adolphe Staatje, 1926. On a blue-stone base, the façade combines brown brick with imitation French stone elements. With a single bay on the upper floors, it is marked by a trapezoidal oriel under a widely overhanging cornice. On the ground floor, the door flanked by a window sits under a wooden canopy; the original joinery survives. The house is recorded in the inventory.
