Art Deco rental house designed in 1938 by the architect Émile Henry. The asymmetrical elevation under a mansard and flat roof is in orange-toned brick enhanced with bluestone. In the main bay, a three-storey oriel with a canted side face and wooden corner mullions rises above the garage door and shapes the cornice, while balconies with a curved corner adjoin it in the entrance bay. The round-arched door sits in an arcade of the same form, flanked by a pilaster under a metal lantern; the joinery and the doors with grilled openings survive. The house, whose staircase is hexagonal in plan, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
