Art Deco apartment building designed in 1935 by the architect Félix Dierick, whose signature and the date 1936 appear on the low entrance wall; it closes a coherent row of buildings of the same period beginning at no. 25. The façade of two unequal bays and three storeys beneath a flat roof, in ochre-yellow brick enhanced with Euville stone, is marked by a three-storey bow window with mullioned openings. It is crowned by a concrete cornice with a geometric pattern; the jambs and mullions take the form of colonnettes. The windows have been replaced, but the garage door and the front door, with a geometric grille, have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
