Three-façade Art Deco middle-class house, signed on the plinth by the architect J.-J. Van Den Eng, 1929; together with nos. 6 and 8 it forms a coherent row of houses of the same period. The two-storey elevation beneath a tall mansard and flat roof is in brown brick, some laid on end, enhanced with rendered areas. Towards the avenue there are two unequal bays, the main one projecting; the off-centre door, beneath a flat concrete canopy, is flanked by a small window. The cornice, the front door with grilled openings, some of the leaded or glazing-barred windows and the low front wall have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
