Art Deco house built in 1931 by the architect Émile Henry, with two storeys under a through-dormer gable. The façade in Roman-format brick, laid in varied bonds, is enhanced with white imitation stone and bluestone above a yellow sandstone plinth. A trapezoidal projecting bay on three corbels fronts the first floor and carries a small triangular bay under a pitched roof, at the foot of a trapezoidal gable flanked by stepped cornices. The door and the sashes, with glazing-barred transoms incorporating stained glass, survive, except those of the dormer; the wrought-iron grilles have geometric patterns. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
