Art Deco house of flats designed in 1928 by the architect Émile Henry. Its rendered façade, punctuated with bluestone, has four storeys beneath a mansard roof and two unequal bays on the upper floors. The ground floor is articulated by three arcades with geometric pilasters, housing the original carriage door, a front door and a window. The main bay, flanked by pilasters with geometric finials, carries a trapezoidal oriel beneath a terrace with a parapet. The joinery has been replaced and the cornices clad in PVC; the house is recorded in the inventory.
