Art Deco tenement building designed by the architect Armand de Saulnier and dated at the top of the elevation "ANNO – 1938". The three-storey elevation under a flat roof is in orange-toned brick enhanced with white artificial stone, on a green artificial stone plinth. The upper floors are entirely occupied by a two-bay oriel resting on five brackets, with two flat cornices and decorated with two reliefs depicting putti. The attic parapet is flanked by finials bearing the monogram "VC". The joinery has been preserved and the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
