Art Deco apartment house of asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect Émile Henry in 1928. The two-storey façade under a mansard roof is in yellow brick enhanced with white stone, imitation stone and orange brick, on a base of green sandstone rubble, and plays with stepped wall planes and surrounds. On the upper floor are a small triangular window on a brick corbel and a French window with curved jambs; the main dormer forms a gable, with a bas-relief of a flower vase and the inscription "MON DÉSIR". The original covered terrace has been removed and the joinery replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
