Two similar Art Deco middle-class houses designed by the architect Antoine Dehaen, whose signature and the date 1924 appear on the ground floor of no. 29. They belong to a coherent row of buildings of the same period, from no. 25 to no. 31. The asymmetrical elevations beneath mansard roofs are in brick enhanced with white imitation stone, red and yellow at no. 27 and multicoloured at no. 29, with a projection beneath a terrace with a wooden balustrade in the main bay and winged dormers. The joinery has been preserved, with glazed and grilled doors and windows mostly with glazing bars. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
