Art Deco middle-class house designed in 1933 by the architect J.-J. Van Den Eng; together with nos. 4 and 8 it forms a coherent row of houses of the same period. The two-storey elevation beneath a mansard roof has three unequal bays, with a white-stone ground floor and an upper floor in green-yellow brick enhanced with white stone. The second bay contains the door and a small window, with stepped surrounds; the door, beneath a flat canopy, is preceded by steps flanked by a thick curved low wall forming a planter; in the last bay, a curved two-storey projection with triple windows shapes the cornice above it. The joinery has been preserved except in the dormers, with a door with a grilled opening and windows with glazing-barred transoms, most of them sashes. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
