Asymmetrical Art Deco town house designed in 1929 by the architect Henri Van Hall for himself. It won the bronze medal in the 1930-1931 façade competition organised by the municipality of Schaerbeek. The façade in white imitation stone and white stone, under a flat roof with a mansard slope, combines doorways with stepped surrounds, a trapezoidal oriel that shapes the cornice and openings topped by reeded decoration. On an elongated trapezoidal plot, rooms of irregular pentagonal plan are arranged around a wide stairwell beneath a roof lantern. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
