Art Deco tenement house signed « Arthur Manne / Architecte », 1926. The wide four-storey, three-bay brick façade is heightened with imitation-stone elements; the ground floor has a garage door, two paired windows and a front door. On the upper floors the central bay is fronted by an oriel supporting a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, a railing repeated at the side windows of the top storey. A substantial entablature beneath a cornice with slender modillions precedes the mansard roof with dormers; the original joinery survives and a workshop stands at the back of the plot. The building is recorded in the inventory.
