Art Deco town house with a former joinery workshop at the back of the plot, built in 1924 to designs by the architect Arthur Manne. The wide three-storey, three-bay brick façade, enhanced with imitation stone, is marked in the centre by a bow window supporting a terrace with a wrought-iron railing; the original joinery, including the transoms with glazing bars, survives. The workshop, raised by one storey and enlarged in 1931 by the architect Roger Deseneffe, has a façade punctuated by giant pilasters; it has recently been converted into housing.
