Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, two storeys high, built in 1931 and signed “A(rthur) Manne / architecte” to the left of the first-floor balcony; it is recorded in the inventory. The red-brick façade is enlivened by rendered imitation-stone bands and courses of upright bricks; the main bay is flanked by two pilasters dotted with small raised squares. The door sits beneath a canopy on two geometric brackets, and the upper floor, with two polygonal-arched windows, is fronted by a trapezoidal balcony with a wrought-iron railing on a single geometric bracket. A wooden cornice decorated with geometric motifs crowns the façade, which retains its original joinery with fanlights bearing a band of coloured glass between glazing bars.
