Villa built by the Brussels architect Arthur Manne and dated 'ANNO 1925' on either side of the street entrance. This large two-storey house, whitewashed and topped by a shallow-pitched roof, is Art Deco in inspiration, with a clear influence of colonial architecture. It retains most of its original joinery.
