Art Deco town house of asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect Marcel Spittael in 1928. The two-storey façade under a mansard roof, in orange brick enhanced with white stone, is marked by a trapezoidal projecting bay carrying a terrace with a parapet. On the upper floor, a window, an ornamental panel and a T-shaped mullioned French window are grouped under a continuous cornice. Sawtooth motifs recur in the surrounds, the bas-relief, the drip-stones, the cornices and the railings. The building is recorded in the inventory.
