Art Deco middle-class house built in 1921 by the architect François Van Meulecom; its ground floor housed the offices and warehouse of the shoe manufacturer F. Viaene–Temperville. The three-storey, three-bay façade of red brick, bluestone and rendered parts has dentilled windows with shaped arches on the ground floor and, above, bays articulated by pilasters with a central groove beneath double brackets, with wrought-iron balconies in the central bay. At the rear, the warehouse was extended over the whole plot in 1927 by the architect Ph. Van Styvendhal.
