An Art Deco town house built in 1921 by the architect François Van Meulecom, who designed the house at no. 202 on the same avenue that year; in 1930 the architect Hubert Dewelde added a rear workshop that served as an advertising agency. The polychrome three-storey façade, in red brick, blue stone and rendered sections, features several dentilled openings and piers with decorative grooves. On the axis, a trapezoidal bay window beneath a terrace with an iron railing is topped by a rendered entablature with double consoles; the stained-glass joinery largely survives on the upper floors. The house is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
