An Art Deco apartment building erected in 1928-1929 by the contractor Firmin Liebaert, with a shopfront on the ground floor and a carriage entrance leading to a rear building designed in 1930 as stables and a naphtha store for cars. The upper floors, corbelled out on a stepped bracket, follow a slightly triangular plan with side faces set back in successive steps; on the top two storeys the central bays, rendered with false joints, are treated as loggias. The cornice, on elongated modillions, follows the projection of the façade. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
