Art Deco villa designed in 1927 by the architect Victor Marres, with a single storey beneath a very tall pavilion-type mansard roof. On the street side, the gable front is enlivened by a panel decorated with a putto, flanked by corner windows with bluestone mullions. A partly sunken garage extends at the rear into a workshop lit by wide glazed openings, where the firm A. Brawers "Le timbre moderne", owner of the building, probably made stamps, seals and plates. The brick façades are now painted white and the workshop was altered in 2002.
