Two Art Deco houses signed by the architect Clément Huberty and built in 1928 for a motor-supplies company. The red-brick elevations, with rendered window surrounds, each have two unequal bays over two storeys beneath mansard roofs, the right-hand bay marked by a three-sided oriel. No. 87 has a polygonal carriage door and a polygonal gabled dormer with bluestone copings; its left-hand bay was altered in 1938. The scrolled ironwork is original.
