A three-façade Art Deco villa designed in 1922 by the architect Joseph Diongre; a panel on the façade bears the date “ANNO / 1923”. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines a red-brick ground floor enlivened with bands of white imitation stone and an upper floor almost entirely covered in Tyrolean roughcast. The entrance opens beneath a stepped round-arched porch, surmounted by a triangular brick oriel on a strong corbel; to the left is a mullioned triple window, and beneath the roof a wooden cornice with sawtooth decoration. The original small-paned window frames survive; in 1924 Joseph Diongre added a two-car garage at the back of the plot. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
