Art Deco town house designed by the architect François Van Meulecom in 1922. The wide red-brick façade, enhanced with bluestone and rendered elements, has two levels, the second beneath a tall mansard roof pierced by two dormers. The first bay is fronted by a trapezoidal bow window topped by a terrace, and a forebuilding houses the entrance door, reached by a flight of steps. Transom windows paired in twos or threes are punctuated by mosaic panels. The joinery is largely preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory.
