Small Art Deco building with two flats, signed and dated on the ground floor by the architect Rémy Leysen, 1927. The three-storey red-brick elevation is enhanced with white stone and rendered parts, with segmental-arched openings on the ground floor and rectangular ones above. The first floor is fronted by a curved bow window topped by a terrace with wrought-iron railings and stone posts. Two wide wrought-iron doors, one for the garage and one for the entrance, stained glass and carved floral decoration complete the façade, whose joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
