Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor, built in 1931 by the architect G. Lagnieaux on the corner of Boulevard Guillaume Van Haelen. This four-storey corner building under a mansard roof, in red brick and white stone on a bluestone plinth, has eight bays. Towards Rue des Alliés, three bays project on the upper floors and the fourth has oval windows; towards the boulevard, two full-height trapezoidal oriels, linked by balconies, are topped by a terrace with wrought-iron railings. The garage and shop were converted into housing in 2014; the window frames have been replaced, but the ironwork is original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
