Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect François Van Meulecom in 1922. The two-bay, four-storey red-brick elevation is enhanced with rendered and bluestone elements. The first bay is fronted on the upper floors by a trapezoidal oriel, the second by balconies with wrought-iron railings, beneath a mansard roof; a forebuilding houses the entrance. The doors, cornice and ironwork are original, while the window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
