Art Deco town house designed by the architect J. Van Camp in 1923. The two-bay, two-storey elevation, rendered with false joints and enhanced with white stone, rests on a rubble-stone base. The first bay is fronted by a trapezoidal bay window topped by a terrace with a wooden railing, beneath a straight-sided gable pierced by three grouped windows. In the entrance bay, the door is set within a triple arrangement beneath a wooden canopy; the door and window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
