A three-storey town house with a flat roof, built according to the 1937 building application and signed by the master builder ("bouwkundige") Ernest Snoeck of Sint-Amandsberg on a faience tile to the left of the door. Its Art Deco design is related to the "ocean liner style" through its rounded bay window, its balcony with tubular railings and the concrete mullion recalling a flagpole, which divides the tall round-arched window with stained glass depicting three pairs of birds. The yellow brick façade stands on a bluestone plinth; the neighbouring house at no. 396 is by the same architect. It is included in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
