Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the Ghent architect Edgar Celie for the accountant Jan Baptist Limbourg, using a façade type he also applied to other houses in the area. The three-storey façade with cornice, in red brick enlivened with render on a low bluestone plinth, has openings of a different shape on each storey, basket-arched on the ground floor and rectangular on the first floor. A rendered convex oriel dominates the first floor between two brick pilasters crowned with ornaments, and the signature "EDGAR CELIE/ ARCHITECTE" appears in the stone breastwork of the ground floor.
