A three-façade house in the Art Deco style designed in 1933 by the father-and-son duo Henri and Raymond Vaerwyck-Suys of Sint-Amandsberg for the justice of the peace and notary Jozef Viaene; the architects' signature appears in the ground-floor window. The only three-façade house with a garden wall on Land van Waaslaan, it matches the interwar architecture that dominates the street. Its brown brick façade, with recessed horizontal joints, plays on the contrast between an identical window group repeated three times and the projecting entrance section, with a round-arched door in a monumental stone surround and the window of the notary's consulting room. Inside, the staircase is lit from above by a large skylight.
