Art Deco house by the architect Marcel Tock, dated 1934 by the year and signature on the façade. It opens a particularly coherent row of houses of the same period extending to no. 125. The symmetrical three-storey elevation combines bluestone with white glazed Silesian bricks; a bow window on a corbel decorated with rose reliefs supports a terrace, and a central crowning element with floral relief rises through the cornice. The openings have canted corners, and the inventory notes the remarkable spiral-patterned wrought ironwork by Maurice Dufour of Tournai. The oak window frames survive; the house is recorded in the inventory.
