An Art Deco house signed on the plinth by the architect Marcel Tock, 1923. The elevation of two staggered storeys and two unequal bays, beneath a mansard, is in brick set off with white artificial stone. The main bay combines a round-arched window over a breast of upright brickwork, a trapezoidal oriel and a wall dormer fronted by a small triangular oriel, with spherical finials. The door sits beneath a bracketed canopy, and a coffered wooden cornice crowns the façade.
