An Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated on the base by the architect Marcel Tock, 1923. It has four storeys over a raised basement and five bays under a mansard, the three central bays extending into a large dormer. The brick façade, set off with concrete and white artificial stone, combines round-arched windows with multi-stepped surrounds, spandrels with decorative brickwork and, in the centre, a wide door beneath a concrete canopy and a fanlight with radiating glazing bars. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
