Neoclassical house from 1893, thoroughly remodelled in 1932 in the Art Deco style by the architect Charles De Wys. The asymmetrical elevation, rendered in imitation stone, rises four storeys under a flat roof. On the ground floor, the shopfront is faced with white ceramic tiles. In the main bay, a two-storey trapezoidal bow window, topped by a terrace with a metal railing, stands in front of a triple window, and the spandrels are decorated with floral motifs in relief. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
