Art Deco apartment block built in 1930 and signed by the architect Charles De Wys. On a bluestone base, the brick elevation, partly rendered in imitation stone, has four storeys pierced by rectangular openings with original small-paned frames. The ground floor has four openings with recessed surrounds. The two-bay upper floors are corbelled out on stylised corbels, and their spandrels are enhanced with a fruit-basket motif. The entablature, enlivened by a projection, carries a carved wooden cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
