An Art Deco shop and apartment building erected to 1927 plans by the architect Charles De Wys, as confirmed by the inscription "CH. DE WYS / ARCHITECTE" above the door. Its four-storey facade combines brick laid in decorative panels, white stone, bluestone and imitation stone; its two broad bays are crowned by trapezoidal attics concealing the flat roof. A trapezoidal bow window, geometric motifs, floral panels and a glazed door with a metal frame decorated with spirals complete the ornament.
