A former beer warehouse dating from 1859, extensively remodelled in the Art Deco style in 1930 by the architect Joseph Purnelle to house a garage on the ground floor and living quarters above. The symmetrical two-storey façade under a mansard roof, in brick (now painted) and rendered concrete, combines a ribbon window, a garage door and a pedestrian door on the ground floor beneath a tall continuous lintel with cut-out corbels. On the upper floor, a trapezoidal bow window sits between two windows forming a triangular projection on a stepped corbel; at the rear stretches a long garage under a glazed roof. The building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
