Art Deco apartment building signed by the architect Camille Damman, 1933. The white-stone elevation has eight storeys under a mansard, the top one as an attic, and six bays treated in successive projections, two of them as trapezoidal oriels crossed by balconies with masonry parapets. The broad central porch holds a wrought-iron door with Art Deco motifs; the hall lined with black marble and the Schlieren lift in a closed shaft are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
