An imposing apartment building designed in 1937 for the company "La Division Horizontale de la Propriété", at the corner of rue du Parc and rue Renoz, in line with the Pont Albert Ier. Modernist in style with Art Deco touches, it comprises two blocks of twenty-two apartments each, built on a reinforced-concrete frame, with thirteen-storey façades featuring broad horizontal windows and stepped, rounded corners. The inventory entry regards it as one of the first buildings of its kind in Liège.
