Art Deco building inspired by the Amsterdam School, the work of the architect Camille Damman in 1927. A first factory, extended in 1921, was destroyed by fire and the complex rebuilt in 1927; the Régie des Télégraphes et Téléphones bought it in 1945 to install a depot and workshops. The four-storey building, symmetrical on five bays, is of yellow brick enhanced with blue stone and granito. Inside survives a remarkable Art Deco stairwell in polished black granito, with a solid balustrade decorated with scrolled grilles and spheres.
