Two Art Deco apartment buildings, signed and dated "Pierre De Bruyne / arch. 1925". Their elevations, of differing widths, rise four storeys under a mansard roof in brick, blue stone and imitation white stone, with trapezoidal balconies on corbels and wrought-iron railings on the upper floors. At no. 33-35 the axis is marked by a grooved wall section pierced by a round-arched door under a cornice, while no. 37 has an asymmetrical composition with staggered bays and a door with a scalloped arch. Both buildings are recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
