Art Deco apartment building produced in 1934 by the Mergam technical office, which converted two neoclassical houses by unifying and raising them. The present elevation has five storeys and six bays; the rusticated bluestone ground floor has two windows followed by a carriage entrance flanked by two pedestrian doors. The upper floors are rendered with false joints and pierced by segmental-arched openings with railings. The entablature is punctuated by cubic finials in a symmetrical composition on either side of an ogee pediment. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
